In order to make a return or exchange from your GMA purchase, please print and fill out this form and send your return to:

Please note that we will not provide a prepaid return label for this special promotion, so you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

We will accept returns and exchanges from the 4/16 GMA promotion within 30 days of purchase, therefore, we will accept merchandise until May 16th, 2025.
